• Strategic HR Leadership: Translate business objectives and project schdules into HR operational plans, ensuring optimal workforce utilization. Provide HR input into project mobilization. Foster strong partenership with stakeholders to cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture. • Employee Relation & Engagement: Establish structured grievence redressal mechanisims at corporate level to ensure timely resolution of diputes. Conduct climate surveys, safety culture assessments and engagement audits to identify areas of improvement. Creat and manage engagement committie. • Performance Management: Drive the annual performance apprraisal process. Ensuring objectives evaluation and alignment with KPI. Support managers in setting measurable goals linked to objectives delivery. • HR System & Data Analytics: Deploy and manage HRIS for real-time tracking of attendance, leave, manpower allocation. Generate and interpret HR analytics dashboards to support decision making on productivity. • Policy Implementaion & Adminstration: Standardize Onboard/Offboard SLA as well as recruitment to ensure group compliance. Oversee employee residency, site permisions, store licences to maintain worforce morale and retention. Develop & maintain successful working relation with management team as well as government officials to provide effective HR processes, advice, and support. • WorkforcePlaning & Budgeting: Partener with Finance on manpower budgets, headcount scenarios and org design update.as well as depart annual budget. • HR Operation: Oversee payroll. Standardize HR documentation, contracts. Implement HRIS and automation tools to enhance efficiency. • Compensation & Benefits: Support annual reviews, salary benchmarkind and pay structure development. Adminster employee benefite programs and issue yearly total reward statment for each and every employee • Learning & Development: Standardized training processes for employees. Provide privet education entitaies with students internship. • Assessing and prioritizing the issues to ensure accurate, efficient and timely resolution of HR issues and policy interpretation questions by properly engaging with HR departments, the law department, loss prevention department, and other applicable corporate departments.
